Apple Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cold butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Apple yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine biscuit mix, sugar and spices in bowl.
Cut in butter with pas-try blender until crumbly.
Stir in egg and yogurt, mixing only until moistened.
Spoon batter into 1 2 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
Bake 20 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
