Cinnamon Yogurt Muffins

The cinnamon yogurt muffins are prepared with plain flour, sugar and yogurt flavored with cinnamon and vanilla. Combined together with eggs and butter with baking agents, the cinnamon yogurt muffins are delightful baked that can be dusted with cinnamon sugar if desired.
Ingredients
  Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Cream margarine, 1 1/4 cups sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl.
Add yogurt; blend well.
Combine flour, baking pow-der, baking soda and salt in separate bowl.
Add to sugar mixture, blending only until all ingre-dients are moistened.
Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full.
Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinna-mon; sprinkle one-half of the mixture over batter in each cup.
Fill each cup with remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes
