Very Corny Muffins

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Canned cream style corn 15 Ounce
Directions

Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, cornmeal and salt in a large bowl; blend well.
Beat the egg and egg whites in a medium bowl until light and smooth.
Stir in the milk and cream style corn.
Add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Fill 12 muffin cups that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins test done.
