Fresh Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a medium bowl and mix well.
Blend the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla and sour cream in a large bowl.
Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until moistened.
Fold in the blueberries.
Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
