Georgia Peanut Muffins
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs) (If Using Salted Peanuts, Omit Salt From Recipe)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
In another bowl blend melted butter with peanut butter, stirring until well mixed.
Add milk, egg and vanilla.
Add peanut butter and milk mixture to dry ingredients all at once, stirring quickly.
Fill muffin tins three-fourths full and place in hot oven on a middle shelf.
Bake until tester comes out clean.
Bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes
