Middle East Orange Date Muffins

Yummy Middle East Orange Date Muffins are delicious. My children love having the Middle East Orange Date Muffins because of which I end up making and storing it up for a whole week. Try it!
  Chopped dates 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oranges 2 Large
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Chop dates and put into a large mixing bowl.
Squeeze juice from two large oranges and add water to fill to one cup.
Put orange juice, water and the rind of one orange into the blender and puree.
Pour over dates.
Let stand about 15 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and fill muffin tins to three-fourths full.
Bake until brown or until testing knife or toothpick comes out clean.
Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes
