Classic Blueberry Muffins
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed|
Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk and melted butter.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in liquid ingredients, blending quickly.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into greased muffin cups and bake until golden brown.
Bake at 400 degrees 20-30 minutes
