Bourbon Corn Muffins

Bourbon Corn Muffins is one of most delicious muffins I have eaten. I served it recently for a party and the guests are still calling up and asking for the recipe! Try this Bourbon Corn Muffins recipe, your guests will love it.
  Coarse cornmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bourbon whiskey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 Large
  Unbleached flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted

Combine all ingredients and let stand one hour to soak corn meal.
Whisk the two eggs and add to the cornmeal mixture.
In another bowl, sift together flour, soda and baking powder.
Stir into corn meal mixture.
Add melted butter, stirring quickly, and spoon into greased muffin tins.
Bake until done and enjoy while still warm.
Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes
