Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisin bran 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cereal)
  Bran 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Pumpkin puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix together flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, soda and spices in a large bowl.
Add pecans, raisin bran and bran.
In another bowl whisk eggs, milk, melted butter and pumpkin together.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring quickly.
Fill muffin pans three-fourths full and bake.
Bake at 375 degrees 20-25 minutes
