Haifa Honey Oranges Muffins
|Flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), melted and cooled|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a large bowl, combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, orange peel, baking powder, soda and salt.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Add this to dry ingredients, blending quickly.
Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full with batter.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center.
Bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes
