Banana-Bran Muffins

Banana bran muffins are microwaved bran muffins that are prepared in the microwave. Baked with a batter of bran cereal along with banana, milk, flour, sugar and baking powder, these microwave bran muffins are easy and hassle free.
Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat bran cereal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Banana 1 Medium, mashed (About 0.5 Cup)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix milk and cereal; let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
Beat in egg, banana and oil.
Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Spoon into 6 paper-lined plastic muffin cups or custard or coffee cups, filling 1/2 full.
Microwave uncovered 1 1/2 minutes.
Rotate orrearrange cups and microwave until no longer doughy, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Immediately remove from cups.
Repeat with remaining batter.
