Graham Muffins

Graham muffins made with graham crackers are plain muffins baked with sugar milk and nuts for an extra crunch along with graham cracker crumbs. Graham muffins can be baked up any time for a simple snack with tea or milk
Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Graham cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soft shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 400°.
Grease muffin tins well.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl.
Blender chop nuts coarsely and add to flour mixture.
Blender crumb graham crackers and add to flour mixture.
Put shortening, sugar, eggs and milk into the Osterizer container, cover and process at MIX until smooth.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix only until flour is moistened.
Fill prepared muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 25 30 minutes.
