|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft shortening||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat oven to 400Â°.
Grease muffin tins well.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl.
Blender chop nuts coarsely and add to flour mixture.
Blender crumb graham crackers and add to flour mixture.
Put shortening, sugar, eggs and milk into the Osterizer container, cover and process at MIX until smooth.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix only until flour is moistened.
Fill prepared muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 25 30 minutes.
