|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All-purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Cream together shortening and sugar in Bosch bowl.
Mix in eggs and applesauce.
In a separate bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients.
Add to the creamed mixture, mixing only enough to moisten flour.
Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling each twothirds full.
Bake in a 375Â° F.oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
