|Low fat plain yogurt||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Milk||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Vegetable oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
Put muffin mix in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk and oil.
Stir into mix just until moistened.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups to the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
