Breakfast Muffins

Breakfast muffins can be your on-the-go muffin when you do not have time to sit and eat. The muffin mix, yogurt and milk make an easy batter to whip up. Pop these in the oven and they will be ready to go out with you!.
Ingredients
  Cinnamon raisin bran mix 550 Milliliter (2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs))
  Low fat plain yogurt 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Milk 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Vegetable oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
Directions

Put muffin mix in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk and oil.
Stir into mix just until moistened.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups to the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
