Crunchy onion muffins are just the thing for those who love the flavor of onions. Made with tasty french fried onion rings coupled with cheddar cheese, these muffins bake up with a crunchy texture and a savory taste.
3 Cup (48 tbs)
Shredded cheddar cheese
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
French fried onion rings
3 1⁄2 Ounce
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, onion salt, cheese, crumbled onion rings, milk and egg.
Mix until well blended, but do not overmix.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups to the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
HINT: If you shake an egg and you hear a rattle, the egg is most likely bad.
