honey whole wheat muffins is a simple muffin recipe made with whole wheat flour. Baked with honey and milk, this is also an easy muffin recipe that is quickly prepared and is healthy too.
Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 250 Milliliter
  All purpose flour 250 Milliliter
  Baking powder 15 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Egg 1
  Milk 250 Milliliter
  Vegetable oil 50 Milliliter
  Honey 50 Milliliter
Directions

In a large bowl, combine whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the center.
In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk and oil.
Add the honey.
Stir into flour mixture until moist and lumpy.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, dividing evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
