Chocolate Muffins

This chocolate muffins recipe brings you the smooth delight of rich cocoa baked perfectly with sugar and milk. These little chocolate or cocoa muffins are pure comfort on a winter evening. Serve them with milk or just like that!
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil.
Pour into the flour mixture and stir just until combined.
Do not overmix.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
VARIATION:
Chocolate Nut Muffins: Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped walnuts to the batter and bake as above.
