Apple Cheddar Muffins
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple pie filling||250 Milliliter|
|Finely chopped aged cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 400Â° F (200Â° C) Muffin tin, greased or paper-lined:
In a large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add flour, salt and baking soda and mix.
Add oats, pie filling and cheese and mix well.
Stir in milk.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
