Banana Walnut Muffins

This banana walnut muffin recipe lets you savor the taste of ripe bananas with nuts. Simply baked with milk and suagr these banana walnut muffins are good to be served anytime, with almost anything! Go nutty over these muffins or should I say go banans!
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mashed ripe bananas 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Melted unsalted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 35 Milliliter
Directions

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, chopped walnuts, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, egg and milk.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Do not overmix.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out dry.
