fruity oatmeal muffins is a delicious and healthy treat for fruit lovers. Baked with delightful pumpkin pie sauce and dried fruits, this recipe also has crunchy rolled oats to add to the texture. The vanilla gives this muffin a classic flavor that everyone will love.
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin pie spice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Softened butter/Softened margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Egg 6
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Rolled oats 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice.
Take 1 tbsp (15 mL) of this flour mixture and toss in another bowl, with dried fruit.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and blend well.
Reduce speed to low and add vanilla.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating just until blended.
Stir in fruit mixture and oats.
Pour batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
