Wheat Germ Muffins

Simple wheat germ muffins is a healthy mufiin recipe for breakfast or snack. Made with wheat germ and pancake mix, this is an easy to bake muffin that can be made any time.
Ingredients
  Wheat germ pancake mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 Large
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, pour pancake mix.
With a pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add sugar.
In another bowl, beat egg.
Add milk and beat well.
Pour into dry ingredients and stir slowly, just until moistened and blended.
Batter should be lumpy.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups to the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
