Blueberry Cheese Muffins

These bluberry cheese muffins recipe combines the fresh taste of blueberries with the smooth taste of cheddar cheese. The fresh berries and cheese baked with milk and sugar create an addictive flavor that has a little something for both cheese and berry lovers. This muffin recipe is also perfect to go with breakfast.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 5 Teaspoon
  Yellow cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cornmeal, cheese and blueberries.
In another bowl, beat together milk, egg and melted butter.
Add all at once to the flour mixture, stirring just until blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
