Berry Special Muffins
|All purpose flour||500 Milliliter|
|Granulated sugar||125 Milliliter|
|Baking powder||7 Milliliter|
|Baking soda||2 Milliliter|
|Orange juice||125 Milliliter|
|Grated orange zest||7 Milliliter|
|Coarsely chopped berries||250 Milliliter|
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Make a well in the center.
In another bowl, whisk together egg, orange juice, zest and margarine until well blended.
Add to flour mixture and stir just until moistened and blended.
Fold in berries.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups to the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
