Sesame Cheese Muffins
|Homemade biscuit mix/Packaged biscuit mix||375 Milliliter|
|Shredded sharp processed cheese||250 Milliliter|
|Vegetable oil||15 Milliliter|
|Chopped onion||125 Milliliter|
|Toasted sesame seeds||15 Milliliter|
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and half of the cheese.
In a small skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Cook onions just until tender.
In a bowl combine egg, milk and onions.
Add all at once to biscuit mixture and stir just until moistened.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and sesame seeds.
Drizzle melted butter over top.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
