Stuffed Bacon Cheese Muffins

Stuffed bacon cheese muffins are flavorful and savory muffins baked with crumbled bacon and swiss cheese. The cheese cube in each muffin melts to make a really savory center.
Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bacon slices 5
  Milk 175 Milliliter
  Egg 1
  Swiss cheese cubes 12
Directions

In a bowl combine biscuit mix and bacon.
Add milk and egg, stirring just until blended.
Spoon half of the batter evenly into prepared muffin tin.
Add a cheese cube to each and top with remaining batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot.
