|Finley chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Finley chopped celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded carrot||2 Tablespoon|
|Deviled ham||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a small frying pan, heat butter over medium heat.
Add onion, celery and carrot, cooking until tender but not brown.
Allow to cool.
Stir in ham and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine biscuit mix, sugar, cheese, egg and milk.
Beat with a fork for 1 minute.
Spoon into prepared muffin tin, filling cups two-thirds full.
Make an indentation in center of each and spoon in ham mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until browned.
