Meal In A Muffin
|Boiled ham||250 Gram|
|Rye bread slice||1 1⁄2|
|Minced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Apricot jam||15 Milliliter|
|Honey mustard||5 Milliliter|
In a food processor, combine ham, bread, onion, parsley, egg yolk and jam; process until ground.
Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush tops with mustard.
Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes.
Remove from cups and cool just enough to eat.
