meal in a muffin recipe offers you a filling muffin that you can serve as an accompaniment to meals. Baked with ham an rye bread, it also contains chopped parsley and green onions which gives it a nice texture. Brushed with honey mustard, it also has a savory zing to it.
Ingredients
  Boiled ham 250 Gram
  Rye bread slice 1 1⁄2
  Minced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Apricot jam 15 Milliliter
  Honey mustard 5 Milliliter
Directions

In a food processor, combine ham, bread, onion, parsley, egg yolk and jam; process until ground.
Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush tops with mustard.
Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes.
Remove from cups and cool just enough to eat.
