Whole Grain Muffins

Ingredients
  Whole grain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low sodium baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unrefined safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsulfured molasses 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix dry ingredients.
Work in oil with fingers or pastry blender.
Add beaten egg, buttermilk, and molasses and stir well.
Fill oiled muffin tins a little more than half full.
Bake at 450 Degree for 17 minutes.
Serve hot.
