Whole Grain Muffins
|Whole grain flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low sodium baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Unrefined safflower oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsulfured molasses||1 Tablespoon|
Mix dry ingredients.
Work in oil with fingers or pastry blender.
Add beaten egg, buttermilk, and molasses and stir well.
Fill oiled muffin tins a little more than half full.
Bake at 450 Degree for 17 minutes.
