Oat Bran Raisin Muffins
|Oat bran||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||250 Milliliter|
|Vegetable oil||25 Milliliter|
|Grated orange zest||1 Teaspoon|
In a large bowl, combine oat bran, sugar, baking powder and raisins.
Make a well in the center.
Add yogurt, egg whites, milk, honey, oil and zest, stirring just until blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
