Oat Bran Raisin Muffins

Oat bran raisin muffins are plain and simple muffins baked with oat bran and yogurt. Made delicious with raisins and mollasses, it also has a little orange zest to flavor it. baked with brown sugar, this is a simple yet nutritious muffin recipe to throw together for a light snack.
  Oat bran 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 250 Milliliter
  Egg whites 2
  Milk 50 Milliliter
  Honey/Molasses 50 Milliliter
  Vegetable oil 25 Milliliter
  Grated orange zest 1 Teaspoon

In a large bowl, combine oat bran, sugar, baking powder and raisins.
Make a well in the center.
Add yogurt, egg whites, milk, honey, oil and zest, stirring just until blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
