Cheddar Beer Muffins
|Biscuit mix||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Homemade Or Packaged, Around 750 milliliter)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Beer||25 Milliliter (Around 2 tablespoon)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Around 125 Milliliter)|
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and sugar.
Stir with a fork until no lumps remain.
In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk and beer.
Pour into dry ingredients.
Add cheese, stirring just until moistened.
Do not overmix.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
NOTE: If desired, increase the beer to 1/3 cup (75 mL).
