|Multipurpose mix||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Around 250 milliliter, Preferably Whole-Wheat)|
|Packed light brown sugar||2 Tablespoon (Around 25 milliliter)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Around 125 milliliter)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
In a large bowl, combine Multipurpose Mix, 1/2 cup (125 mL) Granola Mix and sugar.
Add milk and egg, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups two-thirds full.
Sprinkle tops with remaining 2 tbsp (25 mL) Granola mix.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
