Festive Cranberry Date Muffins
|Chopped almond||8 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pecans/Walnuts||8 Tablespoon|
|Date and orange loaf and muffin mix||1 Pound|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Frozen cranberries/Fresh cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in half (Around 250 milliliter)|
Toast nuts in preheated oven for 5 minutes or until slightly browned.
Into a large bowl, pour muffin mix and make a well in the center.
Add milk, eggs and butter, stirring just until blended.
Fold in nuts and cranberries.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and dry.
