Ham and cheddar are baked with flaked ham and cheddar cheese. Flavored with mustard for a zing to the taste, these muffins can be served as meal accompaniment to lunch for dinner
|Biscuit mix/500 milliliter packaged biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Homemade)|
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Granulated sugar||2 Tablespoon (Around 25 milliliter)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Around 125 milliliter)|
|Flaked ham||184 Gram (Around 6.5 ounce)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In a medium bowl with a fork, combine mix, dry mustard, egg and milk.
Stir in ham and cheese just until blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, dividing evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
