In a large bowl, combine pepperoni, green pepper, mushrooms, onion, cheese, pizza sauce and garlic powder.
In another bowl, beat eggs.
Blend in oil, then flour and baking powder.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in pepperoni mixture and mix until well blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
