Quick N' Easy Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

Making oatmeal raisin muffins just got easier. Just follow this easy to bake recipe for a quick batch of oven fresh oatmeal raisin muffins that taste like you slogged all day. Baked with rolled oats and sugar, they are nutritious and delicious.
Ingredients
  Buttermilk baking mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter 1 (or margarine)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine buttermilk mix, oats, raisins and sugar.
In another bowl, beat together egg and milk.
Pour into dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
NOTE: These muffins are delicious served warm.
Split them and spread with butter or any other favorites.
