Whole wheat muffins made with whole wheat mix is a wonderfully healthy muffin recipe that I often bake up for a healthy and filling snack. Thow in some nuts and raisins and perhaps even some fresh berries or any ingredient of choice and make a healthy oven fresh snack.
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
In a large bowl, beat egg slightly with water, Stir in mix just until moistened.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
