Peanut Butter Muffins
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||15 Milliliter|
|Granulated sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the center.
In an electric blender, combine milk, egg, sugar and peanut butter.
Cover and blend until thoroughly mixed.
Add all at once to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Do not overmix.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
