Streusel Topped Orange Muffins

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine biscuit mix and 1/4 cup sugar; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, orange juice, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Gently stir in marmalade and pecans.
Spoon into paper-lined muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
Combine 3 tablespoons sugar, flour, and spices; sprinkle1 teaspoon over each muffin.
Bake at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes.
Serve with Orange-Pecan Butter.
