Applesauce Muffins

  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted

Combine biscuit mix, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, applesauce, milk, and oil in a small bowl; add applesauce mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans filling two-thirds full.
Bake at 400° for 12 minutes.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl; dip tops of warm muffins in butter and then in sugar mixture
