Easy Breakfast : Very Berry Muffins for Kids

These very berry muffins are sure to be a hit in your house! Blackberries, rasberries, strawberries, whatever your stomach desires!

Ingredients

Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Old fashioned oats 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Whole wheat flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Eggs 1 Large , beaten
Canola oil/Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Vanilla extarct 1 Teaspoon
Frozen berries 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F. Grease the muffin tray with cooking spray and set aside.

MAKING

2. In a large bowl add in the brown sugar, flour, salt, old fashioned oats, whole wheat flour and baking powder. Mix well all the ingredients and set aside.

3. In a separate bowl combine the egg, vanilla extract, milk and oil.

4. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold the frozen berries into the batter.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin pan with scooper.

6. Bake for 20-22 minutes at 400 degrees F.

7. Take out the muffins from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes on a cooling rack.

SERVING

8. Serve Very Berry Muffins with milk.
