Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Cold cooked oatmeal 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat egg; add oatmeal and salad oil, mixing well.
Stir in milk.
Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together; add to oatmeal mixture.
Mix only enough to combine.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
