Cinnamon Oat Muffins

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tofu 8 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Pour the blended ingredients into the flour mixture. Stir well.
Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 425 F for 12 - 15 minutes.
