Banana Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bran flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs), unprocessed
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
  Apple juice concentrate 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mashed banana 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl mix together the flour, bran flakes, rolled oats and being soda
2) Into another bowl, using the electric beater, beat the egg whites till stiff peaks are formed and set aside
3) Tip in the apple juice, yogurt, bananas and the raisins to the flour mixture and stir well
4) Fold in the egg whites to the batter
5) Spoon evenly the batter into paper lined muffin tin
6) Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes till nice and rise

SERVING
7) Serve warm
