Low Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  Plain flour 9 Ounce (250 g)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Bicarbonate of soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Soft brown sugar 3 Ounce (80 g)
  Ripened bananas 3 , peeled and mashed puree
  Corn oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 5/190°C/fan oven 170°C.
2. In the muffin tins place suitable paper cases.

MAKING
2. In a bowl sift flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and baking powder.
3. In another bowl beat eggs. Add sugar, banana puree and water. Beat well.
4. Add corn oil and mix well.
5. Combine both the ingredients and stir to get a lumpy consistency.
6. Pour or spoon in the paper cases in muffin tins.
7. Bake 25 minutes for springy and firm consistency.
8. Remove and cool the muffins.

SERVING
9. Serve banana muffins with coffee.
