Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking soda 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 1 , grated
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pecans/Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

MAKING
2)Take a bowl, add eggs,sugar and oil and blend well.
3)In a separate bowl,combine flour,baking soda,salt,cinnamon and baking powder
4)Now pour the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
5)Toss in the rest of the ingredients.
6)Take muffin pans,grease them and pour the batter.
7)Bake for 20 or 25 minutes till done.

SERVING
8)Serve fresh and hot.
