Oatmeal Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  Oatmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bran/Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Barley malt/Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Tofu 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Currants/Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 425 F

MAKING
2) Into a blender, put the oatmeal, bran, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
3) Blend on high speed for a minute till it resembles flour like mixture
4) Pour into a large mixing bowl
5) Add the barley malt and tofu and blend again for a minute
6) Add this to the oat mixture and then add in the currants and raisins
7) Into greased or lined muffin cup, pour the batter
8) Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes

FINALIZING
9) Turn onto a wire rack for cooling completely.

SERVING
10) Serve for breakfast or a snack.
