Corn Muffins

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole-wheat flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy flour 3 Tablespoon (Can Be Replaced With Whole-Wheat Flour, But The Soy Flour Adds Extra Protein)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Non instant dry milk powder 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

MAKING
2.Combine cornmeal with flour, baking powder, salt and non instant dry milk.
3.Combine egg, milk and oil and add to the dry mixture.
4.Blend well and transfer to well greased muffin tins.
5.Bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve warm.
