|Canned pineapple||8 Ounce|
|Bran||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Baking soda||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)In a bowl, beat shortening and sugar and then beat in eggs.
2)Add honey, pineapple and bran. Mix well.
3)In another bowl, sift flour, soda and salt together.
4)Add to bran mixture alternately with milk. Mix lightly.
5)Take oiled muffin cups and pour the batter.
6)Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
7)Serve the pineapple-bran muffins when desired.
