Banana Chip Muffins
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mashed ripe banana||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (About 2 Small)|
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Grease 16 muffin cups; set aside.
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt Add egg, milk, oil and bananas; stir until just combined.
Stir in chocolate pieces and walnuts.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
