Orange Crumb Apple Muffins
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Firmly packed light brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted (Fleischmann'S)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg beaters||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low fat vanilla yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peeled chopped apple||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange crumb topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon; set aside.
In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat sugar and margarine until creamy.
Blend in milk, Egg Beaters and yogurt until smooth.
Stir in flour mixture and apple just until moistened.
Spoon batter into 12 lightly greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups; sprinkle with Orange Crumb Topping.
Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
